Charles remarried Mary Lingard Wallis July 4, 1810 and had an additional 8 children. Just recently, I ordered a number of family files from Three Rivers Historical Society.......one being a Mclellan family file...turned out to be for a Archibald Mc Clellan living in the Marion dist......he may be a son of one of those you posted Joy. Would you like to have a copy? Now for my DuPre cuzzies..... One of the files included info Pertaining to Peter Cuttino's family....To refresh your memories Peter married one of Anne DuPre & Charles Gaillard's daughters. Peter and his wife had five daughters. 2 of them married into the Dozier family and had a bunch of children....Also included in the file is a lengthy newspaper article pertaining to a family story of a widow who was a first cousin to Cuttino's children who lusted after the suitor/husband of one and when they arrived home from the honeymoon....she poisoned the bride....(hoping to get the groom for herself)...continued her rampage after she discovered the groom would later marry another of Cuttino's dau.....she arranged to have house slaves burn down 3 of Cuttino's homes in her efforts to do away with the second bride to be....... Would you like copies of this stuff..... I can send copies via snail mail or post it in parts.....Just struck me as a good story to liven up any family history....Even though in it's day it certainly was a tragedy.....I bet tongues wagged for quite a while about that story.....
