Hay people I was in a search engine looking for Willow Bend Books and so much 
came up I always check them out and I found this site.  When you open it up 
you will see a yellow circle with red new in it.  Click on that and anyone 
looking for blacks in censuses will find severl listed here in TN  I can't 
say it is where you will find anyone but there is so little recorded about 
blacks that I would send this on to you.  There are other items in this site 
that are of interest also.  That is the only place I looked but plan to go 
into it more later on after I get out of this list of items on my search
