That works fine but the reply goes to all on the list.

 That is what I was doing until I was "asked " to send my "Sorry, I couldn't
find anything" or simular message direct and not to all on the list.  Sooooo
i just answer all directly and the new way to get the names in the address
book is great for me.

 Can't please them all. all the time -- can you????

delete the other message. by dragging the mouse over the words and click the
