So Ok I have a question here Steven, where I live there are several papers
that come in or are housed here (have offices)
Sometimes when someone dies or is born all of these run the exact same
notice.
Now I must ask, who gave them permission in the first place.
I mean the dead person did not but yet it is about them and contains
personal information.  the Newborn did not as we all know they can't even
speak yet.
I understand the difference between out and out stealing of someones hard
work.
And I don't feel it right for another to earn profit form someone elses hard
work either.
But you must admit some of this copyright stuff has gotten way out of hand
here.

If everything we use is copyright how did we get it to began with.
If things put out into the public in circulation for all to see right away
is copyright then why in the name of heaven is our birth, marriage, death,
divorce, and other more personal information open to the
public...............................??

If you think about that it makes little sense.
Seems to me it should be the other way around.
I mean birth, marriage, death, divorce, and other papers are kept inside in
an air conditioned building in a file cabinet or box in an attic or
basement.
A newspaper is kept in a box that you drop coins into and open the little
door, or by the vender on the street corner with the wooden window that is
help open by a piece of wood, or the little box that the coins drop down
into that is chained to some telephone pole in the country somewhere or
better yet threw out the window of a fast passing car or truck or van in the
wee hours of the morning in a little bag that is open on one end in such a
way that if it is raining that the water can run inside and wet the
contents.

I know Steven that this is none of your doing and I don't meant to upset you
or anything but if you do really stop and think about this, we have
something backwards here in this country don't we??????????

I don't know about the rest of you guys but this confuses the daylights out
of me!
Who in Washington came up with this bright idea.
Copyright Our personal information and open up what is already thru out to
the Public to began with.

Now this does not inclued published books of course as we have a lot of
folks that maker their living that way and so do the newspaper people.
All that I am saying is we should be able to copy it.

JUST NOT PROFIT FROM IT!
