Robert,
Saw your post and have a question.  I am seeking info on a Margaret
Butler.  She was in NC, probably Bertie Co, in the mid 1700's.  We think
she was the mother of my 6xggrandfather, Hardy McGlaughon, born in 1768.
By any chance would this be one of your ancestors?  I have run up
against a brick wall on her.  
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
