im just starting my murphy and burns line i do have a Estate records that has 
a Charles Timothy 9864 on it for alabama
i havent ran across a cathrine burns yet all my family came from south 
carolina and alabama i have estate papers and land papers and marriages for 
alabama
im learning how to read the land papers 
if there are any other names ill look them up on the papers i have just give 
me time i work 3rd shift and dont check mail every day
