Any Person inclinable to purchase the same, may apply to WILLIAM ROPER in Charles Town, or JOHN HUTCHINSON at Ashepoo. A white Servant's Time to be disposed of, who has near 4 Years to Serve." and "TO BE SOLD At Mr. WM. ANDERSON's in George Town to the highest Bidder at publick Sale, on the 27th Instant, agreeable to the Will of ELIAS HORRY lately deceased, a Tract of Land, containing in the whole 750 Acres, situate on the North side of Santee River, joining ELIAS HORRY's Plantation, the Payment is to be made in 12 Months after the Day of Sale, giving Security for the same to DANIEL and ELIAS HORRY who are impowered and will convey the same to the Purchaser."
