 Hello Ruth,

In South Carolina you can't be denied access to a family cemetery as long as
you can demonstrate that you have relatives buried there. I don't know what the
situation would be in Georgia.

I've been inventorying cemeteries in SC for many years and I have never been
denied access or not allowed to clean one up. In cases where the cemetery is
located in a cultivated field with crops growing I have been asked to come
back after the harvest
if possible.
