Nancy,
The SC Archives are now in a new building on the other side of
Columbia. I don't understand why they didn't forward the mail! I think the
forwarding contract runs for a year. I think they have been in the new
building a little over a year, but the post office should know where they
are! Their new address is on their web page at:
