I have a ditto on the question regarding SC Archives searching requests
From out of state.  I recently wrote to them at an address provided in
the Family History Research Outline following the instructions for
requesting copys of indexes with my surname and they supposedly send a
photocopy order request form in reply for the records you want copied
From the index they include.  However, my envelope was returned as
undeliverable as addressed to South Carolina Dept of Archives and
History, 1430 Senate St, PO Box 11669, Capitol Station, Columbia SC
29211-1669.  Can any one clarify this?
