 Forum subscribers are invited to post a monthly "Hello" message 
 to welcome newcomers. Okay, so maybe you can't bake them cookies 
 or a cake like you do newcomers to your neighborhood.  But, you 
 can greet them with a friendly hello, introduce yourself, tell 
 them the SOUTH CAROLINA topics you're researching, and let them 
 know what information or services you're willing to share. 

 You're welcome to write more than once a month!  The goal is 
 to encourage participation. To help smooth the mail flow, 
 scheduling monthly "Hello" messages so that once a year it 
 falls around your birthday would be appreciated.  But this is 
 not a requirement.  We just don't want hundreds of messages 
 to be posted all at once, do we?
