This is Jacob the name in the subject line is the brother of my 5th
great grandfather James Oates(1757-1815) s/o of James Oates(1730-1766) and
Sarah Clayton. I would like all the information that I can get on this family
Samuel was born 4/Feb/1760 Wayne County North Carolina; he married Fanny
Cannon he died in South Carolina 1801/2 the notation said he died intestate.
If there is anyone in the group doing research on this family I would
appreciate all the information that I can get. Names of Children, birth,
death, marriages, burials etc... Thank you
