    I have a book I bought years ago called OUR FAMILY CIRCLE, by Annie
Elizabeth Miller of Macon, Georgia, published 1975.  It has a great deal in
it about the people you are researching. My husband is related to these
people, so someone recommended I get a copy.   I bought my copy from Dr.
Robert E. H. Peeples, 8 Moon Shell Road, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928.  It
has an enormous amount of information in it on all of the families that are
connected to the Roberts and Dixon lines.  Or maybe you could find it in a
library.  Good luck.

        John Robert , fourth child of Jacques Robert and Sarah Jaudon, was
born July 15, 1742, at Santee, SC, sixty miles above Charleston; he died
Feb. 25, 1826, married April 19, 1770, Elizabeth DIXON, dau. of Elizabeth
Smith and Capt. Thomas Dixon of James Island, SC; she was a granddaughter of
2nd Landgrave Thomas Smith; was born. on James Island, Charleston, SC June
7, 1750; d. Nov 15, 1820.
