I understand that you are researching Stevenson (or Stephenson) in SC.
Can you possibly add to the following?

My ggg grandparents were Nancy Stevenson b. 4/12/1785 Pendleton Dist.,
SC and Mauldin Reeves, b. 3/5/1781 Granville Co., NC. They married
9/3/1800 in SC. Nancy was the daughter of Robert Stevenson b. 5/20/1753
Augusta Co., VA and Isabella ______. Robert Stevenson died in Carrol Co.
TN in 1838 and had 13 children including Nancy. It is believed that
Robert's father was James Stevenson of Augusta and Greenbrier Cos. VA.
Can you shed any light on Robert's ancestry?
