Dear Charles and others,

Am interested in what you said about Mecklenburg Do later becoming
Spartanburg Co, SC.   I have a booklet on the formation of Counties of SC,
and it does not show that at all.

However, I do know that part of SC and NC boundary was in dispute at some
point, but do not know the history of that.  Would be interested as I have
NC then SC folks, who might have really lived in the same area if what you
say if true.
