I can go back as far as ROBERT BUNTON born 1803 in South Carolina and died in Texas, possibly in the Cass Co. area. His daughter, MARY E. BUNTON was born in 1835 in Tennessee and died in Texas. She married James Allen born ca 1832 Tennessee. Their son, WILLIAM B. ALLEN was born March 8, 1857 in Cass Co., Texas and died in Jan. 1918 in a Terrell, Kaufman Co., Texas hospital and was buried there. WILLIAM B. ALLEN married PATSY MINERVA HENDERSON, daughter of ARCHIBALD HENDERSON and ELIZABETH ANN SIMS. WILLIAM and PATSY ALLEN's daughter, MARTHA ELLEN ALLEN, was my grandmother.
