I am seeking info on ROBERT ADAMS ca 1750?He was married to "Mary"  but
not to be confused with Mary Terrill daughter of Joel Terrill of VA who
married a Robert.My Robert may have been related to the other
tho. 
    Robert was in Bardwell District SC when he and his family applied
for a passport in Georgia to pass thru Indian Territory 1811. Robert may
have been a brother to William Adams whose will was probated in Bardwell
District in 1803. This William was married to a Joannah
and she also came to Mississippi Territory in 1812 with her 10 children.

     Robert may have been connected to the Methodist Movement .
     His children all married inSC before they came to MS. except for
one,Mary.She married Levi Lard Redd who was also from SC in 1817.
        The other Children were
>Nancy  Adams ca 1772? married prior to 1789
to William Brown.
>Joseph Adams ca 1780 was married and had 3 children before he came
here.
>Robert Adams Jr. Married a Beedy? in SC.
>John Adams married in SC.
>William Adams
>Mary Adams

Robert Adams died here in Amite Co. Mississippi and his will was
probated in 1820.
