I hope this will be considered appropriate for this list, if not please scold
me privately.  I will call no names but there is some info in a small town
museum that I would like to use.  I do not think this has been published in
any form.  I have asked to use the material.  In a word I have been given a
run-a-round.  Can anyone tell me if I have a legal right to use this material?
And if I do how is the best way to pursue this?
