           In his will, David RICHARDSON named his wife
Priscilla and "Trusty Friend Stephen TERRY (Priscilla's
cousin) as co-executors of his estate.  The will was witnessed
by John MORRIS (Priscilla's brother) Wm. TERRY (Priscilla's
first cousin) and Thomas J. TANNER (husband of Priscilla's
neice).

22 Sept. 1814 David RICHARDSON, Wm. MORRIS Sr. and
John MORRIS posted bond in amt. of $2,000 in Abbeville
Dist. SC. and David RICHARDSON was named guardian of
six minor HUBBARD children: Holloway, Mary HUBBARD
(over 14 yrs. of age) and Elizabeth, Sarah, Dovey, and Cynthia
HUBBARD (under 14 yrs of age).  The papers were signed
before Joseph HUBBARD, no relationship given.

David RICHARDSON is shown as one of the buyers at the
estate sale of Luke BURNS along with Marry BURNS, W.
BURNS, Jno. CAIN, and Drury BREAZEAL 1819 Abbeville
SC.
