My ggrandmother, Elizabeth Travis was b April 1842 somewhere in SC. No
info on husband or parents. Had a daughter,Martha Almeta Travis b Mar 16
1861 Brookland AR who m John William WRIGHT my  grandfather.  Elizabeth
later m  COOK [no info] and d Feb 6 1906 AR.  Looking for her SC roots.

Looking for COOPER connection. Have a possible R.C.COOPER b SC   In 1860
census of Craighead C AR as 42 yrs.  no wife, and 8 children. Youngest 3
b AR.

Have no info on MCEWEN till they are in AR. Except Louisa Cooper of SC m
Thomas Levi MCEWEN in 1870  b 1848 Carroll Co TN  

Looks like they migrated from SC, TN, to AR.
