Hello to All,
I have just noticed something that needs to be mentioned concerning replies to postings. In Outlook Express, and possibly other e-mail programs, you have the choice of clicking on "Reply" or "Reply To All". DON'T BELIEVE IT! Most of the time, clicking on "Reply" will send it to "ALL" anyway. This is true whether you subscribe to the List or to the Digest. I'm sure someone can explain what causes this to happen, but that is not my point. The point is that the previous suggestions for sending certain replies only to the intended receipient and not to the whole list is one of the best ways to reduce clutter, but you must be careful that that is what happens when you think that's what you are doing. Just be sure that the correct address appears in the "To:" window - don't depend on what you thought you did. You may have to pick up the individual's address from the body of the message that you're responding to. Just remember, the address that appears in the "To:" window is!
where it is going to go.

Thanks for reading. You might want to run your own test if you have any doubts, but don't hit "Send" unless you want it to go.
