I am looking for a Frederick Rendalls,who was a Privateer during the
Civil War working for the Confederacy.He was captured and hanged by the
US Navy in 1861 somewhere in the South.His wife was Mary Stone and he
had a son,Jonathon Phillip,who was born in Charleston,SC on March
24,1842.Jonathon fled to South America after the death of his father and
eventually made his way to Australia.Any help or assistance in this
matter would be greatly appreciated.
