POLICY REMINDER: 

Do not forward warnings to the Forum.  Especially warnings which name
individuals or organizations.  If you have such a warning that you feel strongly
needs to be communicated with the Forum do one of the following:

 1. Send it by direct email to individuals of your choosing. Not to the Forum.

 2. Or, send it to the Forum manager with explanation of what an explanation.

 3. Or, sit on your hands for a while and do nothing.  If you still feel
compelled to do something after a few days have past, then do either option #1
or #2 listed above.  

This Forum is not the appropriate place to accuse, publicize, or resolve
disputes.  Postings that accuse particular persons or businesses of wrong doing
may expose you, the Forum, or Rootsweb to problems if those named or accused
claim they have been libeled.  Forwarding email messages in general is
discouraged in the Forum Policy statements.  Forwarding of warning messages is
strongly discouraged.
