Re Monthly Meetings from Hinshaw's Vol 1 on NC and SC Quaker records I
have the following from my notes copied some years ago:

Cane Creek - Orange [now Alamance]Co NC
Bush River - Newbury Co, SC
Perquimans - Piney Woods, NC
Rich Sqiare - Northampton Co NC
New Garden - Guilford Co NC
Lost Creek - Jefferson Co TN

I hope this partially answers your question. I was not aware that there
was a MM in Charleston and would be interest to learn more about this.
Mention is made in a later message that many of the Quakers left NC and
SC. Often the names of their MMs went with them and a possible clue in
tracing the moves of Quakers is to look for similar MM names in PA,
Ohio, IN and elsewhere. Recognize too that at a certain point in their
history the Quaker congregations split into two - or more -
or groups - the Orthodox and Hicksite in 1827 called for example.
