Frances,
I tried to ask the PRO in London if they had some records and they wouldn't
even answer that. You get back an automatic reply that isn't real nice that
tells you they don't
do research. And they offer to give you a list of researchers. I do hire one
last December
for 4 hours. This one charged $25 per hour. No results.
