Greetings to all you SC ROOTERS !  Got a copy of a 1700's will in the bottom
drawer ? Is there an old family cemetary located on your land ? Maybe you've
been holding on to every passenger list you come across. Or maybe you have
jury lists, immigrant lists, slave lists, land records, church records, etc.
buried in those file folders on your desk. 

It's Friday. And it's time to pull them out & post them. Get motivated, be
inspired. Share with your fellow researchers & genealogy friends. Just to
start the ball rolling, I'll be doing lookups for South Carolina's Civil War
dead. If you have a missing ancestor who might have died in the war, send me
the name. Please put Civil War Lookup in the subject line & try to control
yourself by limiting the request to 3 names.
