Searching for relatives of PHILIP DAVIS b. ca. 1780-85 in SC with ties
to Rockbridge and Washington Counties, Virginia.  Philip married ANN
HILLEN in 1803 in Washington CO.  Her father was JAMES HILLEN and mother
was KESIAH BAILEY of Rockbridge CO.  Philip Davis' father might have
been named Philip also.
