Son: Peter, under 21 years, plantation where I now live, 2 tracts adjoining
purchased of Henry Bochet, 1/2 tract adjoining said land. 

Daughters: Frances, Mary, Esther and Elizabeth, under 21 years and unmarried. 

Mentions: 1/4 acre for buying place to be excepted if land is sold; lands lately
found to be mine formerly my grandfather Nicholas Bochet's to be sold by
executors to pay debts; executors to board all my children or bind them out as
they think proper; residue of estate to be sold for benefit of my children. 

Executors: Mr. Samuel Bochet and Mr. John Singletary. 

Witnesses: Vincent Guerin, Sarah Dubois, Frances Dubois.
