Like so many Wooten, Driver, etc., I desc. the Hon. Hodges Council (Sr.?) of
1690s Isle of Wight Co., Va. I've long wondered if Council's mother was a
Hodges (in England), perhaps kin to the 1690s Hodges in Isle of Wight Co.,
