Is S.C. the only state that has this  rootsweb program?  Does VA.,
N.C. and

The library of Virginia (LVA) has two lists that they sponsor, one
history and the other one genealogy.  I think their address is shown
on Rootsweb.  Rootsweb site also lists other mailing lists which they
don't sponsor.
