I'm one of the 3 or 4 who dared comment that it seems more appropriate that
information relating to a particular state be addressed to that state. I
also subscribe to Kentucky and normally see only info relating to that
particular state.  I'm appalled that many of you are so thin-skinned and
quick to lash out and make comments such as  "at least one scrooge and
whinner" in every list!!!

I, too, think Charles and Jean are doing a great service and I didn't mean
to belittle that at all - but I still believe most of the info belongs on
the Georgia rootsweb list.  (The Georgia folks are missing a lot of good
info by not subscribing to SC!).

For those that wonder what this is all about my comment was:

             "Do you have any info on Charleston, SC families?  Of 62
messages I have,  almost all are about Georgia!!!!"

And this is Charles' reply to me, which I take as an insult!!!

This comment came from another person.  I think he is stating a fact!!

    " I thought that this was a South Carolina List.  Every thing I
             see is about Georgia."

So anyway this is my last comment on the matter - I would like to get on
with what this weblist was intended to be, a list where we might find info
on our SC ancestors. Happy hunting and Merry Christmas to all.
