Harry -- I'm sota researching DEAS but do not have this man in my file.
Hope you find a descendant. 
The real reason I answered your e-mail is your name. Do you have
relatives in Savannah?? I know a Leard HUGGINS, son of Ted HUGGINS. Just
wondering....
