 This is
a book of the "Sermons and Adventures of Reb're Nichodemus Ezra Malachi
LEE, of MAXFIELD-ON-SANTEE." The author claims he is writing in Gullah.
He
also claims, "The Gullah is a pleasing, quite soft but somewhat gutteral
dialect which represents the Low Country negro's attempts to speak our
language, but which lapses in its most primitive stages into an actual
admixture of native African roots and phrases."

The book has no copyright date.
The publisher is Walker, Evans, & Cogwell, Co., Charleston, SC.
The only date on the book is a handwritten signature of Alfred H. M.
KOBRUTZ
[I think], Charleston, SC., Dec., 1936.

Has anyone ever heard of this book? Do you know of any source I might
try
to find information about this book?

 Thanks,
