well, I thought I might contribute a little to the growing interest in Black
History and send along some records of slaves in Madison County, Ga.
Mad.Co., Ga was created by an act of the Georgia Legislature Dec. 11, 1811
with land taken from Clarke, Elbert, Franklin, Jackson and Oglethorpe
counties.
