Hi,

I'm pretty new at this, but I'm research MURPH, MURFF, MORF, MORFF, MORPH,
etc., etc.  I have found a good bit of data in the L. Andreas archives which
the LDS Family History Center has on microfilm; however, I'm not finding a
wealth of data within the Saint Matthews, Calhoun/Orangeburg Counties. In
particular, I'm trying to find information on a Thomas Melvin Murph and his
2nd or 3rd wife who was named Janie (sp) Bell Murph.  Can anyone help?
Especially if you might have knowledge of a Bethel(hem) Methodist Church
and/or elementary school which supposedly was located at Murph Mill Creek,
outside of Saint Matthews.  I welcome all replies and will exchange info.
