I am looking for information on a William H. Gross

He was born in 1806 in S.C.

He was married to a Matilda Davis, and they had the following children:

Caroline, b. in Ga.
Mary,      b. in Ga.
Sarah      b. in Ga.
John        b. in Al.
William    b. in Al.  GGGrandfather
Narcissa  b. in Al.

I am trying to find who William H. Gross's parents were, and any info on any siblings!
