The story about a massacre at Long Cane by the Cherokee Indians in 1760's. Ann Calhoun was captured and held in captivity for twelve years.The story mentioned several names, Calhouns, Hammonds, Lus, Washingtons, Balls, Tuslus, Strathers and Garrets. This story was related by a ninety three year old lady Mrs Tammy J.Marshall. I thought you might want to add these names to your list.
