  I have the 2nd edition which is publ. by Genalogical Publishing Co. 1001 n
Calvert St. Baltimore MD 21101.  I got my edition from BookStar div of
Barnes and Noble so you should be able to order over the B & N web site or
got into Bookstar.  The 2nd edition was first pub in 1990 and 11th printing
