Don't leave out the Pendleton Historical Society on the square in
Pendleton.  If anyone is doing research in that area they have a room
upstairs that is wonderful!  The best I have seen for local Old Pendlton
District history.  Donna Roper is the lady to see there.  They even have
files with old photos, family books, wills, tons of records.  I've spent
time there and I'm going back on my next trip this month.
