Hello Researchers,

Of late, I've received a few more "bits & pieces" to extend my NANCE line 
back a couple of generations.  Also, I've been corresponding with a 
descendant of another NANCE line (Zachariah, Jr. & Sr.) that MAY be entwined 
with mine "way back".

Jesse C. Nance (b. 1831, m. Minerva BROWN) was listed as a son of Andrew J. 
Nance in a Deed of Gift dated 1866.  Andrew J. was named in the Will of 
Thomas Nance dated 1841 (probated 1843).  Thomas' wife is given as Elizabeth 
(?).  Within the Union Co. Heritage book, Elizabeth PARR (1797-1849) m. 
Thomas Nance.  Additionally as per the Heritage book, the Nance family, the 
Scales, the Vaughns, the Adams, Harris families, etc.  settled early on 
(1800s) in the Brown's Creek area possibily coming together from VA.

Any info, thoughts, corrections, "whatever" appreciated!!
