Subject: names From: Patti Date: April 29, 1998 I have a question thats has always puzzled me. While searching for my family, most of the given names have been quite common, ex. John, James, William, Samuel, etc. But every once in a while I run across Alfonza, Alvenaz, Lorenza, etc. Also seen this in other families that have been posted here. Does anyone have an explanation?
