This letter is in response to Mr. Davis's public inquirey into Mtnroots
possibly practicing cyber witchcraft.  Yes I went to public school and no I
don't have a spell checker. 

Dear Davis

     I'm the only one on the list that everyone else DOES know all about.
Everybody knows my secret agenda of selling trees for $3./ea.   Not just
because I've posted my business name, address & telephone number right on my
advertisment, not just because my north carolina vendors license is a
published public information document but because you and a very few others
keep POSTING IT OVER AND OVER TO THE LIST.

     Now I made some mistakes when I first subscribed.  I didn't realize that
when I hit the reply, sometimes the person that's intended to be addressed
ends up being list.  I'm sorry, but I'm not the only one.  I've watched a
number of neverending stories posted to the list the last couple of days which
were clearly intended to be private, but wrongly addressed.  I haven't had a
chance to really study the list owner's letter yet but there are no
infiltrators or sabatuers that I can see.   Everybody go back through your old
mail that you sent and see if you sent mail to the list that you intended to
be private.   If you did then you need to carefully check the addresse just
before you reply to make sure it is correct.   When I'm not engaging in open
warfare with other members of the list I actually have a business to run.   In
the near future I will have the ability to edit out each and every member of
the list from my ad.  Right now I try to carefully read each request for
information so that I don't send to a list member or to anyone that doesn't
appear to want it or need it.  You have nothing to fear but fear itself.  I
mean if the way your doing it now has all the merit then I want make any money
and go quickly out of business, and you can go back to your relativly quite
monastic scholarly life.  If the inquiries support me then it is a disservice
to deny it to the rest.

PS notice that I hit the return key to send to Mr. Davis but it goes to the
list.
