I have John MONK (bef 1720, NC), Willis MONK (ca 1728, NC), Silas MONK (ca 1748, NC ?), William MONK (ca 1780, GA?), Silas MONK II (ca 1810, AL?), John Samuel MONK (ca 1830, AL?), John Carlisle MONK (ca 1855, AL), Annie Virgina MONK DODD (ca 1882, AL) Family begins pre-Revolution in North Carolina, moves through SC into GA. My group reside in Coweta Co., GA by 1820-40, moving west into Al - Coosa Co. and north to Marshall Co. and on west into MS, LA, TN, and AR. My cousins and I are looking for more AL and GA connections.
