Actually, you have your geography wrong. The Yadkin River is entirely within
modern-day North Carolina although a few of it's tributaries cross over into
Virginia.

The Yadkin River joins with the Uwharrie River as tributaries of the Great Pee
Dee River at about River Mile 232 of the Great Pee Dee. The Yadkin extends
about 198 river miles to the eastern slopes of the Blue Ridge Mountains in
western North Carolina. The North Carolina towns of Salisbury, Winston-Salem,
and Wilkesboro are located along the Yadkin River.

Waterbodies with names containing words like "Beaver" and "Reedy" are fairly
common. You need to be more explanatory about the particular waterbodies you
are seeking in order for anybody to give you meaningful information. If you
are looking for such in the Yadkin River Basin, there are several. Here are a
few.

Beaverdam Creek tributary of Yadkin River.
5cfs point Lat 35°31'40", Long 80°06'22"

Beaverdam Creek tributary of Withrow Creek.
5cfs point Lat 35°42'50", Long 8°42'25"

Beaver Creek tributary of Fifth Creek.
5cfs point Lat 35°49'55", Long 80°48'02"

Beaver Creek tributary of Fisher River.
5cfs point Lat 36°22'15", Long 80°38'35"

Beaverdam Creek tributary of Little Fisher River.
5cfs point Lat 36°28'25", Long 80°46'55"

Beaver Creek tributary of Yadkin River.
5cfs point Lat 36°01'35", Long 81°20'40"

Reedy Creek tributary of Yadkin River.
5cfs point Lat 35°54'47", Long 80°17'45"

Reddies River tributary of Yadkin River.
Located between Cub Creek and Moravian Creek.

South Fork Reddies River tributary of Reddies River.
Middle Fork Fork Reddies River tributary of Reddies River.
North Fork Reddies River tributary of Reddies River.

It is possible that these have been renamed since 1750.

Anything is possible. Some European settlers reached the Yadkin River Valley
in the 1740's and 1750's. But, the area would have been primarily settled by
Europeans after 1750. After the Peace of Paris was signed in 1763, expansion
into these frontier areas exploded. In 1750 if there were any names used for
these smaller waterbodies, they were most likely Indian names which have been
lost to history.
