Hi! Another couple of booklets you might be interested in are

Dollarhide, William. MAP GUIDE TO AMERICAN MIGRATION ROUTES. Bountiful, UT:
1977. Published by AGLL. ISBN 1-877677-74-4

another is:

Sale, Randall D. AMERICAN EXPANSION: A BOOK OF MAPS. First Bison Book
Printing: 1979. ISBN 0-8032-9014-3 pbk.

Another really wonderful book of maps is:

Adams, James Truslow. ATLAS OF AMERICAN HISTORY. Charles Scribner & Sons, New
York: 1943.

a few that I liked were:

#55 Colonial Roads
#63 Dunmore's War 1774
#161 Atlanta to the Carolinas 1864-1805
#75 King's Mountain 1780
#74 The Revolutionary War in the South
#62 Wilderness Road and Kentucky 1774-1885
#54 The Triangular Trade, as Illustrated by the Voyage of the "Sanderson,"
sailing from Newport, RI in March 1752. (Newport to the Gold Coast to Babados
to Newport.)
#76 Cherokee-Creek Country 1766-1781
#24 Carolinas and Virginia 1663-1729

Finally on my list of map resources are Jonathan Sheppard Enterprises. I have
several of their antique maps. They're printed on fine quality art paper with
steel engravings. They have a website which I've not explored in depth.
