Hi Doris,
Have you, or anyone else on this list, heard that the VA is
going to eliminate these markers as of October 1999? I heard, from a
very reliable source, that due to budget cuts, as of that date the VA
will no longer be issueing these markers. I have a call in to the local
VA office to verify, but have not heard back as yet.
