There is one McClellanville in Charleston County, located on Hwy 17, about 40 
Miles North East of Charleston S C.                       

The Public Library in Charleston will most likely have historical info on the 
 McClellanville area.

I have often heard there is a lot of history about that area, but  I am sorry 
to say that I am not aware of any of it.
