themselve heirs of the late Job Foxworth Senr decd did petition the Court of
Ordinary That a Certain paper proven as the last will and testament of the said
decd. may be reviewed and proven in legal form . . . parties be cited to appear
before the Ordinary on the Fourth Fryday in September next at Marion Court
house.
