Cyndi,
	At the following location you will find a 1895 Rand McNally U.S. 
atlas. The State maps are very large files and take awhile to load (worth 
the wait). County maps aren't quite as bad. It is printable and indexed 
with cities, towns, & bumps in the road. Index has population counts.
