27 & 28 Mar. 1771	ish, & NATHANIEL BULLINE, apothecary, of
L & R			Charleston, executors of the will of ISAAC
			BRADWELL, dated 22 May 1766; to SAMUEL DUBOIS,planter, of St.
Stephens Parish, for L2500 currency, 500 a. of river swamp, part of 2
tracts on N. side Santee River in Craven Co., total 1000 a.; part of
said 500 a. having been granted 23 Oct. 1765 to ISAAC BRADWELL, the
other part granted 13 Octob. 1759 to the Hon. ROBERT PRINGLE; the 500 a.
bounding SE on ROBERT ERVIN; W on ISAAC BRADWELL; NE on vacant land; SW
on Santee River.  On 28 May 1771 JACOB BRADWELL & ISAAC BRADWELL, joint
heirs with SARAH BRADWELL, to said ISAAC BRADWELL, voluntarily confirm
the release.  Witnesses:  PAUL MARION, EDWARD NEWMAN, JOHN GLAZE, THOMAS
WARING.  Before JOHN REMINGTON, JP.  Recorded 9 Nov. 1772 by HENRY
